This extremely demanding build avoided the dilemma of access via a steep driveway by bringing the scheme to the very front of the site and carving level parking out of the steep rock face.

The needs of this family included bedrooms for each of their three children, a family room, a media room and a small hair salon for the owner to run her business from home. This needed to be close to where the children play but with a separate entrance. Features include a large modern spacious kitchen and rear deck.
